The Sherlocks

The Sherlocks

The Sherlocks are an English indie rock band from South Yorkshire, formed in 2010. The original lineup featured two sets of brothers: Kiaran Crook (vocals, guitar), Brandon Crook (drums), Josh Davidson (guitar), and Andy Davidson (bass). The band gained traction through relentless gigging and supporting major acts like The Libertines and Kings of Leon, helping them build a devoted fan base across the UK. They released their debut album, *Live for the Moment*, in 2017 to favorable reviews and chart success, entering the UK Albums Chart at number six. The album showcased their energetic sound and anthemic style, drawing comparisons to early Arctic Monkeys and The Courteeners. Their second album, *Under Your Sky*, followed in 2019, revealing a more polished and melodic side of the band. Over the years, The Sherlocks have undergone lineup changes, with Alex Procter and Trent Jackson later joining the band, replacing the Davidson brothers. Despite these changes, The Sherlocks have continued to write, record, and tour, maintaining their reputation as a hardworking and passionate presence in the British indie rock scene. Their music is marked by infectious guitar hooks, heartfelt lyrics, and a commitment to connecting with fans both live and on record.
