SOPHIE rose to prominence with singles like "Bipp" and "Lemonade," which drew widespread acclaim for their experimental style and became influential within the emerging genre later known as hyperpop. She collaborated with a variety of artists including Charli XCX, Vince Staples, Madonna, and Kim Petras, helping to shape a new wave of avant-garde pop music. In 2018, SOPHIE released her debut album *Oil of Every Pearl's Un-Insides*, which was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
