
Lots to talk about and lots of big names in this week's album releases.
Foo Fighters new album ‘Your Favorite Toy’ feels like Dave Grohl returning to his immediate post Nirvana roots. The album produced by the band and Oliver Roman is the first studio album recorded with new drummer Ilan Rubin. Noah Kahan’s ‘The Great Divide’ 17 track album released on Mercury Records is his first since Stick Season in 2022. It’s spent a total of 150 weeks on the UK top 100 albums since its release. Noah Kahan has a documentary on Netflix and a world tour in progress, coming to the UK in November. Demi Lovato released an extended version of her album Its not that Deep, released late last year - It’s Not That Deep (Unless You Want It to Be). The U.S. pop star gives the deluxe treatment to her latest album, and expands from 11 to 19 tracks. Tom Rowley steps into the spotlight with his debut project Moses and The Drones. Rowley has spent over a decade touring with fellow Sheffield musicians The Arctic Monkeys, contributing guitar, keyboards, backing vocals, and occasional co-writing since their AM era. Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, co-produced the album track “Something Strange”. Ringo Starr is back with another, his 22nd solo album, 'Long Long Road'.
