Fifth Harmony
Fifth Harmony was an American girl group formed on the second season of the reality television show *The X Factor USA* in 2012. The group originally consisted of five members: Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui, and Camila Cabello. Although they finished in third place on the show, they quickly rose to fame after signing a joint deal with Simon Cowell's Syco Music and Epic Records. Fifth Harmony released their debut EP, *Better Together*, in 2013, which saw moderate commercial success. They achieved greater recognition with their debut studio album, *Reflection*, in 2015. The album featured hit singles like "Worth It" and "Sledgehammer," helping to solidify their presence in the pop and R&B music scene. Their follow-up album, *7/27*, released in 2016, included the smash hit "Work from Home," which became their highest-charting single in the United States and garnered international success. In December 2016, Camila Cabello left the group to pursue a solo career. The remaining four members continued as a quartet and released their self-titled third album, *Fifth Harmony*, in 2017. Despite the lineup change, they maintained commercial visibility and continued touring. In March 2018, the group announced an indefinite hiatus to allow members to focus on their individual solo careers. Since then, each member has pursued personal music projects, acting, and other creative ventures. Fifth Harmony is celebrated for their energetic performances, vocal harmonies, and empowerment-themed music, and they remain one of the most successful girl groups of the 2010s.
