Rudimental
Rudimental is a British electronic music quartet known for their energetic blend of drum and bass, soul, and pop influences. The group was formed in 2010 in London and consists of members Piers Aggett, Amir Amor, Kesi Dryden, and Leon Rolle, also known as DJ Locksmith. Rudimental first gained major attention with their 2012 single "Feel the Love" featuring vocalist John Newman. The track reached number one on the UK Singles Chart and helped establish the group's reputation for combining vibrant electronic production with heartfelt vocals. This success was followed by other hit singles such as "Waiting All Night" featuring Ella Eyre and "Not Giving In" featuring John Newman and Alex Clare. In 2013, Rudimental released their debut album *Home*, which was both a critical and commercial success. The album received a Mercury Prize nomination and showcased their signature style of blending genres and collaborating with a wide range of vocalists. Their follow-up albums, *We the Generation* in 2015 and *Toast to Our Differences* in 2019, continued to expand their musical reach, featuring collaborations with artists such as Ed Sheeran, Anne-Marie, Macklemore, and James Arthur. Beyond their recorded work, Rudimental is known for their high-energy live performances, often bringing a full band and guest singers to the stage.
