Paulie Boy Blues UK Tour

Story by Matthew Murray

23/12/2025

After a breakthrough year with striking performances across America, Canada, and England, Paulie Boy Blues has solidified his name as one of the most exciting names in the modern blues rock scene. The man with the unmistakable powerhouse guitar skills and magnetic stage presence is set to return to England and Scotland for his January 2026 UK tour, this time with his British backing band, The Yorkshire Puddings.

Paulie fronts the psychedelic blues and rock outfit Back From The Dead, a U.S.-based band that has been captivating audiences with their fiery performances. His previous UK tour saw the group travel from the south of England all the way to Scotland in August 2025, earning strong word-of-mouth buzz and leaving crowds “buzzing,” as he puts it. For this new run of shows, Paulie will perform with a British backing band, creating what he calls “a very unique and marketable arrangement.” He laughs as he adds, “As far as I know, the last time there was an American 26-year-old touring through the UK with two Brits, his name was Jimi Hendrix!” At just 26 years old, Paulie Boy Blues is already making waves as one of the most exciting young names in modern blues and rock and roll. Hailing from Montgomery County, Maryland, this charismatic guitarist, and singer has been lighting up stages across the East Coast of the United States, recently breaking into the Canadian scene, and now setting his sights once again on the UK. In addition, two new live singles have been released on streaming platforms including Spotify and Apple Music. The two tracks are ‘When The Levee Breaks (When You Got A Good Friend) and ‘Early One Morning’ were recorded Live at The 8x10 in Baltimore, MD in the United States. These live recordings offer a taste of the raw energy and power fans can expect from the upcoming tour. Paulie’s love for the blues runs deep, and his achievements already speak volumes. “One of my greatest accomplishments was sharing the stage with Christone ‘Kingfish’ Ingram back in 2023,” he recalls. That performance further cemented his drive to push boundaries within the genre while keeping the roots of the music alive. Being able to call the likes of Christone ‘Kingfish’ Ingram and Kenny Wayne Shepherd friends, Paulie Boy Blues is telling his story, and the people are listening. Blues Matters Magazine in the UK recently reported on the tour stating, “This young artist is proof that the spirit of rock and roll is still alive, loud, and unshakably global.” Recent singles ‘Early One Morning’ and ‘Chasing The Dragon’ showcase Paulie’s range — the latter being an original composition that captures his psychedelic edge while staying true to the blues tradition. Both tracks are available now on all major streaming platforms. As he prepares for his next UK tour, Paulie Boy Blues is ready to deliver raw, passionate performances that bridge the gap between the classic and the contemporary. These dates are just the start of Paulie Boy Blues’ plans for the United Kingdom, and he cordially invites you to be part of the journey. The tour starts in Sunderland on 14th Jan (The Ship Isis), 15th Jan Newcastle (The Cluny), 16th Jan Brighton (The Hope & Ruin), 21st Jan Manchester (The Eagle Inn), 22nd Jan Liverpool (Round The Corner, Floo), 23rd Jan Edinburgh (The Banshee Labyrinth), 24th Jan Glasgow (Ivory Blacks), 29th Jan Edinburgh (Bannermans)
