Liverpool-based five-piece Sisters are moving fast. Fresh from the release of their debut EP, the band have unveiled striking new visuals for the slow-burning, emotionally charged Creatures, while announcing their first full UK headline tour this summer. Formed in Liverpool but shaped by lives spanning Brooklyn, upstate New York, Baltimore, Switzerland and a small town outside London, Sisters feel like the product of restless geography as much as musical chemistry. Their songs drift between spectral beauty and abrasive intensity, pulling together the poetic urgency of Patti Smith, the wiry post-punk edge of Television, Kate Bush's fearless emotional reach and the cosmic weightlessness of Spiritualized, without settling comfortably into any one lane. That refusal to sit still has quickly earned attention. Within a year of forming, Sisters have picked up BBC radio support, headlined Rough Trade Liverpool toured the US East Coast and appeared at showcase events across the North West. Sessions for Low Four Studios and Studio Duke have captured the band's immersive live energy, while a steady stream of tastemaker support has marked them out as one of Liverpool's most intriguing new prospects. Now they're taking that momentum across the UK. Beginning at Manchester's The Castle on 28 July, the eight-date run takes in Leeds, Bristol, London, Brighton, Sheffield and Northampton before closing with a hometown show at Liverpool's The Quarry on 8 August. Every stop will feature local support acts, underlining the collaborative ethos that's become central to the band's identity. With Creatures, Sisters continue to explore the space between vulnerability and catharsis, delivering songs that feel both intimate and expansive. If the new video is anything to go by, they're building something far bigger than the sum of their influences. Sisters are Gigi (vocals), James (drums), Odelia (bass), Mira (synth) and Lewis (guitar).
